How do I go back to the older track?

Hello! I've been using the Front End track and just saw that it was updated. I clicked the use the updated version, but just realized that now I have to take the Intro to HTML & CSS classes (5 hours total) when I already completed the HTML class that was taken away. Rather than doing repetitive stuff, can I go back and switch to the older track?

I don't think you can do that.

Well, not by yourself. But it might be something they could do for you. I'd recommend contacting Support.

But before you do, you might consider just going through the challenges and quizzes of the new courses. If you already know the material it should not take very long, and if you don't, it might indicate a few videos that would be worth watching to learn some updated information.

This is indeed great advice. Thanks, Steven.

Please note that once a track update is confirmed by a student, we are unable to revert the account to the previous version. We appreciate your understanding.

Sounds like breezing through the remedials is the way to go, then. It really shouldn't take long, and you might even learn something new. At least it would reinforce what you know.

Thank you both for your replies!

Looks like I am going to do some quizzes, but there's nothing wrong with repeating things, I just didn't want to have to watch the videos all over again. If only I could grasp Java Script as fast and well as I did HTML & CSS.
