How do I hide video controls?

So I've gone through a bunch of tutorials before, and the video controls always disappear when I hover off of the video. But then I start watching this one, and nothing happens when I hover off! What can I do? It's driving me crazy...

In the mean time while that bug is getting fixed, if you need to see something you can use Chrome Dev tools to hide it manually. Bit of a pain in the ass, but it works if you need to see something hidden. I'm only using it right now when I really need to, some videos I can understand whats supposed to be there because the instructor is reading it and thats fine.

Just right click the control bar and click "Inspect Element" to bring up the dev tools. alt

Thanks. Yeah I tried doing that, but then you have no access to jump around in the video :/

you can remove the inline style to bring it back, but yeah, theres nothing user friendly with this bug.

I'm also having a weird issue where every down and then the code challenges wont let me type. refreshing helps but if you are on 4 of4 and refresh, its back to square one >_<

Yea I've noticed this happening too. This could be some sort of bug or the wizards behind the scenes are working on something with the video controls and temporarily taken this functionality out. I think it could sort itself out soon enough. :-)
