How do I make lists inline?

It's telling me I'm not selecting the list items in class main-nav , but I think I am?

You're currently selecting just the ul tag rather than the child li elements.

Try 

.main-nav li {
  display: inline
}

you are actually selecting the unordered list (ul). This is how you select the list items:

.main-nav li { display: inline; }
