How do I write the symbol in the top of the "ñ"?!

I do´t find it anywhere in my keyboard

Here's the tilde key on Mac:

On both PC and Mac, it's usually above the tab key and below the esc key.

Hold down alt and press 126 on the num-pad ~

Press Shift-~ twice and you will get two tilda sign. Then, delete the second one.

I am from Spain, my keyboard is not the same as yours so I don´t have that key, Guil Hernandez, but thank you very much for your help.The only thing it worked was Callum´s idea, so thanks a lor Callum King!! Thanks to Kazimierz too!!
