How do you delete all the swatches in Illustrator?

The video shows that it can be done but it does not tell how exactly. I can't seem to be able to select them all and drag them into the bin.

Step 1: Click the top right had drop down of the "Swatches" panel (Image link below) https://www.dropbox.com/s/sh93h8roqz4a76z/Screenshot%202014-09-28%2022.58.07.png?dl=0

Step 2: When the drop down is selected click "select all unused" (Image link below) https://www.dropbox.com/s/aok8xi9bffvhv6k/Screenshot%202014-09-28%2022.58.27.png?dl=0

Step 3: When all the unused swatches are selected click "delete" or the trash can at the bottom of the panel. (Image link below) https://www.dropbox.com/s/jqc83qpjmlve6ft/Screenshot%202014-09-28%2022.58.51.png?dl=0

Will give your method a try, although in the video it seemed like he just selected the entire list of colours and dragged it all to the bin.
