How do you pass down the "match" object and other props from App.js?

He touches on the ability to pass props down with <Route> render={} inside of the Route component but doesn't define how it works getting the "match" object used with Route parameters as well as passing down other props. How do you get BOTH the "match" object and props using <Route>?
