how do you separate lists inside of a list, with a comma ", " using python?

I have tried to figure this out but I have hit a road block and can not figure this out!

groups.py 
musical_groups = [
    ["Ad Rock", "MCA", "Mike D."],
    ["John Lennon", "Paul McCartney", "Ringo Starr", "George Harrison"],
    ["Salt", "Peppa", "Spinderella"],
    ["Rivers Cuomo", "Patrick Wilson", "Brian Bell", "Scott Shriner"],
    ["Chuck D.", "Flavor Flav", "Professor Griff", "Khari Winn", "DJ Lord"],
    ["Axl Rose", "Slash", "Duff McKagan", "Steven Adler"],

One method would be:

for container in list_of_containers:
    # act on container

# hence 
for group in musical_groups:
    # act on group
