How long it takes for a newbie to build an app?

I just begin with programming and I wonder how long it takes for me to build an app by myself? I've started with Python because I've joined a course from school and I find it easy to learn. And with a lot of programming languages here, which one should I learn after Python? Can anyone help me please, I feel like it'll take me a decade to finish all of them!

It depends on how simple the app is. You could probably build something simple in a week. What exactly do you mean by 'app', a web app, a mobile app, a desktop app?

What I mean is something like a mini-game on desktop. Also, when I install a software, I see executive file, some folders, some .dll files and others, but for now, what I've learn is just code. I wonder what else do I need to know to build a real software?

You mean when you look at an app someone else has built? What you're seeing is files generated by a build process, generated by the tools and compiler used for that specific language and framework.

Not for the AutoLISP app yet. I just don't know what do these things mean when I look at someone's app. I think I need to do search more. Maybe because I am new so I feel a little confused at everything!
