How minified a custom icon font file size (eot,ttf,svg,woff,woff2)

I was wondering how its the process to create light file for my icofonts.

The performance is on illustrator ? or in the way to create the files ? because right now i has for example 200 icons, but my files weight is similar to google icon font with like 600 icons... :S

I create my icons with the less dots possible.

After export as svg and create the iconFont using Icomoon. but the files are too weight :S:S:S

Someone can help me ?

i think the total files minified for an iconfont set of 200 icons should be less than 100 Kb...
