General Discussion

How quickly did it take you to learn/ start building a website off your own back?

Hi guys,

I am just curious as to how quickly it took you to learn & start building a website off your own back? I have started the web development course already and I am hooked! I am just eager to start developing my own websites but I don't want to be impatient.

Another question as well is what are peoples preferred sites for building websites?

Many Thanks.

Took me about 4.5 years to get to the point where I could build basically anything I wanted to build, and make it do whatever I needed/wanted it to do.

Took about 6-12 months before I was able to get a very basic static site done and uploaded.
