How to add tags into the question?

Hi there! Somebody can explain, how to add tags into my question here on this forum , like: 'Python collections', Django Basics etc?

Tags are added automatically and can not be manually added. If you are stuck on a lesson, you can click the Help button and the tags of what topic, course and lessons you are currently on will get added to the question.
