How to center nav at @media (min-width:480px)

Hi, I am trying to recreate the tutorial web for practice. I want the Nav to be centered at 480px width but I can't seem to figure it out. Please help.

@media (min-width:480px) {

.title {
    text-align:left;

}

nav li {
    float:left;
    margin-bottom:0;
    margin-right:30px;
}

Floats complicate alignment. But one approach might be to give your nav element the "display: inline-block;" property, and enclose it in a container that has the "text-align: center;" property.
