How to complete this IBOutlet

Your task is to add an IBOutlet stored property to the class named textLabel of type UILabel. Remember that IBOutlets are generated with an exclamation mark at the end.

How do I solve this? Thank you

ViewController.swift
class ViewController: UIViewController {
class textLabel: UILabel{
@IBOutlet weak textlabel: UILabel!

    override func viewDidLoad() {
        // Do any additional setup after loading the view, typically from a nib.
    }

    override func didReceiveMemoryWarning() {
        // Dispose of any resources that can be recreated
    }
 }
}

@IBOutlet weak var textLabel: UILabel!

The outlet must be declared as a variable.
