How to connect local admin panel with my Android application in my Android Studio?

Currently I am setting up an android application, but I'm having a problem with the database connection with my app. I had setup a admin panel to connect with the MySQL database but still unable to connect with the application on Android studio.

The recommended way to connect Android to a remote shared data store (which could be MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or any other) is to set up a RESTful web service as a go-between for the app and the database. Direct access is never recommended on security and performance/connection grounds.
