HOW TO GET WORKSPACES

What workspace can I used for free . I tried sublime but I don't know how to access it on browser and it is unregistered . What is the best application to practice what I learned here? Thanks

I use Brackets. Works just fine for me!

Sublime, Brackets, and Atom are some of the more popular ones. These are not web based text editors so you do not use them in the browser. If you want to preview lets say an html page after editing it with one of these text editors you need to open your created file in the browser.
