How to have a question show up underneath the 'questions' tab under a video/lesson?

Hi there,

When doing a lesson the 'Questions' tab is shown. How do I have my question show up there?

When I click 'questions', and than click on 'ask' to start my own question, it isn't shown underneath the video I was watching. Instead it is added to the forum.

simple when you answere wrong on lection and CLICK on GET HELP :)
