How to made sticky header enabled ONLY when scrolling up and NOT when scrolling down

Hi,

If you visit the site I'm working on @ http://thechasedesign.com/axrtek.com you will notice when scrolling down on the pages there is a sticky header that appears at the top of every page.

What I want: To have the sticky header appear ONLY when scrolling UP.

Any ideas? This is a WordPress theme and the designers said I would need to put in custom code however I have no idea what I would put into the code to achieve this effect.
