How to make the for each loop work and incrimenting count in a proper way

I don't know how to setup the loop.

ScrabblePlayer.java

  private String mHand;

  public ScrabblePlayer() {
    mHand = "";
  }

  public String getHand() {
   return mHand;
  }

  public void addTile(char tile) {
    // Adds the tile to the hand of the player
    mHand += tile;

   return mHand.indexOf(tile) > -1;
  }

  public String count;

  public String getTileCount() {
  for (char letter: mHand.toCharArray())

Hey, just saw we're stuck on the same question. It words it sort of weird, but here's what I have so far. 

public int getTileCount(){
    for (char tile: mHand.toCharArray()){
      if (mHand.indexOf(tile)>=0){
        hand+=1;
      }
    }
    return hand;
  }

Also, I made an int called hand earlier on

    int count =0;
      for (int i=0; i<mHand.length(); i++){
      if (mHand.charAt(i) == tile){
        count++;
      }
      }
    return count;

Worked for me. It's similar to where I was going anyways. Guess we'll see if it worked for OP

I should make a check to make sure you don't change the method signature. Remember the character being passed into the method is the one that you are looking for. Your code removed the parameter, whoops!
