It looks like you enclosed a bit more with the header than the instructions asked for and now there's not enough content between the header and footer. There also appears to be some overlapping or mismatched tags.

Try going back to task 1 and re-place the header so it covers only the elements mentioned in the instructions. Then, when you get back to task 3 it will make more sense.
