Konrad,

It's really going to be determined based on the content you're working with here and the story you're trying to tell. Given that list I'd first ask if some of those aren't really just extended information off of the "About Us" and might propose doing something like this:

  • About Us
    • Delivering Value for Clients
    • Management of our Services
    • Our Rules of Practice
  • Consulting
  • Service
  • Contact

The general information architecture rule I follow is that if you're selling the person more (which typically happens if you're working with an attorney or someone who as specific experience) then the "About Us" should go first. If it's the services that really make the company, in this case "Consulting" then that should go first.

Another option might be to consolidate the Delivering Value for Clients, Management of our Services, and Our Rules of Practice into a section called "How We Work" or "Why Choose Us" that can provide the reader with an understanding of what makes this consulting practice different and why those specific points are even important.

What about "Service"? What is that section? Is it "Services"? Wouldn't that be what "Consulting" is?

A client gaved me some chunk of text with this headings at the moment and he had a previous website like 7 years old , and im pretty new to this as well and its confusing me how to style the navigation.

About page i want to make it as starting page i believe thats the best . But as you said Consulting , the website is this one i have to re do with the titles that are there and the one i posted here.

So i can put "Why Choose Us" and submenu of delivering value for clients , management of our service ?

its confusing : p

Do you know any good blog or something i could learn or do this ?

Konrad,

I would say that yes you could either use submenus under "Why Choose Us" or just have all of the content on that page depending on how long it is. If it needs to be broken up, then think about adding the submenus.

In terms of learning to do this, that's why you're here right? It's just going to take some practice and experience and you'll get more comfortable with it. You might consider asking them some of the websites they like or perhaps other competitor websites which could help give you some ideas on styling and organization.

thank you for the advice.

I asked about the competition and their competition is much much bigger then they are and they dont have such content. He said hed have like 10 headings . Wheres there are already like 6 of them i have. hes writing them up and sending me. But i still dont know if what hes gonna send me is going to be a sub menu or actually menu : p

its kinda hard for me to decide on what to put. I allready showed him the navigation/header and carousel, and he likes it, but if hes gonna add me more menus? it will break the look of it as the nav links are floated to the right, i could expand it, but i would need to know how many menus id need to add as i dont want to make it 100 times : p But hes writing them put so im doing some parts and showing him .

Or either thats how it works? i do small part and show him? I dont want to annoj him by sending all the time messages : p
