How to receive a notification if there is a change/update in a track?

Today, I got a notification saying that there was a new course called "Bootstrap 4 Basics". I checked it out and it looked cool. I then went to check my "Front End" track progress and at the top it says that new course has been added to this track.

There was no prior notification saying that course was added to the "Front End" track. I happened to check my progress and see it there. This would be a bit annoying for someone who is taking multiple tracks.

It would be nice to know that when any future courses are added, I would get a notification saying said course(s) affected this or that track.

Greetings nsay

Thanks a bunch for your feedback on this! When there's a new versioning of a track, an update notification is provided and remains for up to 30 days until you decline or accept it. If a versioning is declined, a forced version update can and will happen in the future if and when a course is retired and replaced.

I'll look into how we can better phrase this and provide clearer notifications on when option and forced updates occur!

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the response! For now, I'll just keep an eye on my notifications to see if a course will affect my current track.
