PHP Build a Simple PHP Application Adding a Contact Form Working with Get Variables

How to redirect to a specific section in a page after submitting a contact form?

Hi!

When we show the "Thank You" message after submitting a contact form, we use header("Location: index.php?status=thanks");

How would the code be if I want to redirect to the "contact" section of the page? Something like this header("Location: index.php#contact?status=thanks"); (but it doesn't work).

Thanks.

Try going the other way

header("Location: index.php?status=thanks#contact");

Thanks!
