Hi,
I set up a website several months ago as I followed Nick Pettit's course " How to make a website". It wasn't customised then. Now I have updated webpages- index.html; about.html and css . I have tried to upload these new pages with Cyberduck, but cannot open a connection. I use the same port and SFTP, and checked with my web hosting service for any problems. They verified that the username, domain name and password etc are all correct. Still, I cannot get Cyberduck to connect. I have clicked on 'allow', but that is as far as I can go. What do you think is happening to cause this obstacle?

14,793 PointsCyberduck has been problematic for me lately. I switched to Filezilla since I'm on a PC, and my issues have been resolved. Otherwise, your hosting provider might be the best equipped to resolve hosting issues.

7,444 PointsThanks for the info, Tyler. The problem resolved itself once I realised I had mistaken a n upper case i for a lower case L in my password.
