How to use port 3000

Hello,

I have this is my terminal to connect to port 3000

Available on:
 http://192.168.1.166:3000
 http://127.0.0.1:3000
Hit CTRL-C to stop the server

However when I copy the address into my browser it is stating page not found. Am I going about this the wrong way?

Try going to "localhost:3000" with no quotes.
