How would do this one-page site with just using get_template_part?

I want to load all custom pages that have made in each php file to show Home page by doing something like this.

<?php $args = array( 'post_type' => 'page', 'order' => 'ASC' ); $the_query = new WP_Query( $args ); ?>

    <?php while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>

        <?php get_template_part('templates/about-page'); ?>
