It looks okay, pretty simple but for some reason it looks like a screenshot from a mobile phone, also the links are not clickable. From what I see on the link this is a jpg. Is your site just a jpg?

I would say that its quite hard to tell by just a picture with some text on. The text look ok, but as a website, i don't know...

Yes, this is mobile version of site (I have exported design from PS in .jpg image). Sure, I will design/code and Desktop/Tablet version, but there is not too much difference because this is how you said site with just some text and links.
