HTML- adding a legend to the second field set

I can't see what i did wrong, could someone please help me? </head> <body>

Hi Deirdre,

It looks as though some of your starting and closing tags are in the wrong order.

It should look something like the below:

         <label for="email">Email:</label>
         <input type="email" id="email" name="user_email">

      </fieldset>

Additional problem is that as per the previous instruction we have to add a fieldset to the email input. So the second fieldset is around email and not around the textarea. But the task only passes if we add the legend to the fieldset around the textarea which is the 3rd and not the second fieldset. Long story short, I believe the challenge is wrong.
