I'm suspecting the "ambiguous" part you mention has to do with the terminology that ties into the videos.
The challenge says, "Place the ul, h1 and p elements at the top of the page inside an element that represents a group of introductory or navigational content." I see you have placed all 3 of those in an <article>
element, and just the first one in a <nav>
element.
But the "element that represents a group of introductory or navigational content" is the <header>
element.

231,269 PointsIf the hints given here don't help, you might want to create your own question and share your actual code in it.

301 PointsThis quiz question angered me greatly - if someone is stuck on a quiz question , like I am, Treehouse should note which video should be reviewed again. I almost resigned, I don't have time nor do I want to guess,If I am screwing up state when I can get the info. I don't remember anything about header in the last video for it focused on Section, Article and Aside

231,269 PointsGlad to help. And no actual condescension intended ā it's just my offbeat sense of humor. I forgot to put a little smirky face there but I'll add it now (but I'm not entirely sure that clarifies it either!). But perhaps we are similar in that?
Happy coding!
