What does it mean when a work space page highlighted itself in red, is it communicating something, if so what is it.

Please make a snapshot of your workspace and post the link to it here so we can take a look.

If I cut and paste it here the highlighting disappears(dont know how and it pasted normal.

Pasting won't help in this case. We need that link to the snapshot to be able to replicate the issue (click the blue word for a video about how to make it).

Direct workspace URL's are temporary and that one is already gone. Make a "snapshot" to get a persistent one (click the blue word in my previous comment to see a video on how to make it).
