I am not sure what I am doing wrong on task 3 of CSS Layouts Basics Code Challenge

To Whom It May Concern:

I tried several different ways to pass this code challenge and this is the one I am stuck on. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
