I am struggling to complete part two of the challenge.

I fully understand the concept and I use HTML a lot, but for some reason, this challenge keeps saying I'm doing something wrong.

Hi there! You're doing great, but you have a misplacement of your quotation marks. The quotation marks should be on the outside of the h1 elements as well, because the h1 is being written to the DOM. Because they are misplaced, Ruby believes h1 to be a variable of some sort. Take a look:

"<h1>Welcome!</h1>"
