SEO is dependent on the content of your webpage itself, not the upload method :-)

9,164 PointsI don't see why uploading posts as a comma separated file would make a difference. It's the content and markup that are more of an issue.
If you use Google WebMaster tools, I would use their "fetch" tool to see if shows any issues with the page. You can find out more here:
