I can't get rid of the action bar

my style file looks a bit different, and there is a mail button and I can't get rid of both

I've solved the problem, when I create the file I didn't choose empty activity, that's why it was different, Thanks very much

Okay just for future reference there would have been a method called floatingActionBar or tab and that is what was calling it on your xml
