I can't get that code to run. Can somebody help me?

Yep, as written above. Its the only missing task in this row of tasks.

ScrabblePlayer.java
public class ScrabblePlayer {
  private String mHand;

  public ScrabblePlayer() {
    mHand = "";
  }

  public String getHand() {
   return mHand;
  }
  public int getTileCount (){
    for (mHand : tile){
      tileCount++; }
    return tilecount;
  }
  public void addTile(char tile) {
    // Adds the tile to the hand of the player
    mHand += tile;
  }

  public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
   return mHand.indexOf(tile) > -1;
  }
}

Hi Kai,

Try this:

  public int getTileCount(char tile) {
    int counter = 0;

    for(char ch : mHand.toCharArray()) {
      if (ch == tile) {
        counter++;
      }
    }
    return counter;
  }

Hope this helps! If you have any questions feel free to ask.
