Since there isn't much detail on the question you have about the code challenge I'll do a walkthrough to try to help.

Task 1: Place the ul, h1 and p elements at the top of the page inside an element that represents a group of introductory content.

  • Represent ul, h1, p all inside a group of (introductory content) : We have a element in HTML just for that purpose which is <header></header>. You will need to create a <header> tag and place ul, h1, and p elements inside of it, then close it off with </header>

Task 2: Place the paragraphs at the bottom of the page inside an element that typically contains information about the site, copyright data or related links.

  • We want to place our paragraphs at the bottom of the page inside an element which typically would have the footer content so for this problem, we will use the element <footer></footer>
<header>
  <ul>
    <h1></h1>
    <p></p>
  </ul>
</header>

<footer>
    <p>&copy; 2017 My Portfolio</p>
    <p>Follow me on <a href="#">Twitter</a>, <a href="#">Instagram</a> and <a href="#">Dribbble</a></p>
</footer>

The other tasks are pretty much following this type of logic, I will also leave a good source to read up on if you get stuck along the way: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Glossary/Semantics
