Java Java Basics Perfecting the Prototype Looping until the value passes

I do not know how to complete the do nor while portion of the do while loop in order to make the code run.

That's really all, i just don't know how to finish this excersize

Example.java 
// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.
String response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");

do {
  String response;
} while(response = "No");

       // Declare only response as a String outside the loop here. No assignment.
       String 

      do {

        // We can use response without the Type specification (String) and assign console...... to response here. 

      }while(    );   // Remember, one = is an assignment operation. Two == is equality test. However, when testing Strings use the      
                           // .equals method instead.
