I do see Json.NET in the references list when I make a search. Can I use this?

I do see Json.NET in the references list when I make a search. Can I use this? There's a Json.net version 4.5.0.0 and a Json .net 4.0 version 6.0.0.0 Are these the same as the Nuget package??? Jeremy did not find any when he did a search, I guess we can add it now directly as a reference without using a Nuget?
