I don't know what's wrong with this code. Please help!

I thought I followed the instructions to a tee:/ What am I missing?

ScrabblePlayer.java
public class ScrabblePlayer {
    private String mHand;

    public ScrabblePlayer() {
        mHand = "";
    }

    public String getHand() {
       return mHand;
    }

    public void addTile(char tile) {
        // Adds the tile to the hand of the playerad

      // addTile+=mHand;
       mHand += tile;

    }

    public boolean hasTile(char tile) {

   if (mHand.indexOf(tile) > 0){
      return true;
   }
      else {
        return false;

}
}

Remember 0 is the first index. I think you mean >= 0 (greater than or equal to 0).

Also, remember, you can just return the expression

I saw that after and changed it, but it still gave me a compiler error. Do you mean to just return hasTile? public boolean hasTile(char tile) {

  if (mHand.indexOf(tile)>=0){
    return true;
  }
  else {
   return false;  //????

  }

return hasTile;

It looks like you are missing a } at the end of your code. That should take care of the compiler error.
