I don't understand the create a string variable question

I just need help

RandomTest.java
Random randomGenerator = new Random(); 
int randomNumber = randomGenerator.nextInt(10);
intAsString = intAsString[];

Hi Joseph, you need to make a new variable named "intAsString", as u did, but u forgot to specify a type, you need to insert "String" as the type.

To convert the int variable to a string, you get asked to do it like in the video, it is done by taking your int variable and using the + operator with double string symbols like shown below.

String intAsString = randomNumber + "";
