i don't understand what space it's referring to? because i applied spaces

The spaces being asked for should be seen in the output, spaces in the code are generally ignored.

You can add spaces by including literals in the concatenation, like :point_right: ... first + " " + last ...

I think you'll need a punctuation symbol too, that can be included the same way.
