I don't understand why <nav></nav> is misplaced here?

The prompt is asking me: "Finally, place the top <ul> inside an element that represents a major section of navigation."

The <nav></nav> section is correct, but you've got other elements mismatched now. Each task should build on the one before it, so I'm not sure how your earlier tasks passed with the code that you have. The header should contain the nav, plus the <h1> and <p> elements. Then the <section> should begin after the </header>, above the <h2>, and should end with </section> before the start of the footer.
