Hi there! I currently see no issues reported on the Treehouse status page. If you are still experiencing this, you will likely need to contact support directly at help@teamtreehouse.com. Be sure and include a link to the video you are trying to watch (as it may just be one video that's malfunctioning), which web browser you're using, and which operating system.
