I know one way, Ben Used another way, as I understand it is doing the same this.am I right?

as I know , I can use thread when I write:

Thread tr = new Thread(new Runnable() { @Override public void run() { handler.sendEmptyMessage(0); }); tr.start();

but here Ben use this method:

call.enqueue(new Callback() { @Override public void onFailure(Call call, IOException e) {

}

@Override
public void onResponse(Call call, Response response) throws IOException {
}

});

What is the differences between These 2 ways? and which way is better?
