I’m not able to drag and drop files into folders on my iPad, so I’m not able to practice using file paths. Please help!

I’m using Workspaces on my iPad Pro and I am not able to drag and drop files into folders to practice along with using file paths. Is there any way to do this on an iPad? Thanks!
