You need a do while loop that looks like this. The variable response is declared outside the loop so you don´t create a new variable every time the loop runs only assign a value to it :)

do{
  response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?");
}while(response == "No");

Comparing strings with == isn't correct, although it can work. See this workshop for more detail on that.

Use .equals() instead using dot notation on response, like:

response.equals("No")

Use that as your condition to make the loop execute or terminate.

Thanks forgot about that im used to quickly compare variables with !=; ==; === :) With == it only checks if the references to the objects are equal
