Overall, I think it works well for the industry you are designing for. The color palette feels playful, and fitting for children. The Logo is non-threatening, with nice big soft letters. And the calls to action are nice and big.

The only issues I'd address are more about usability. I have no idea what those 3 grey dots to the right of "Opening Times & Prices" is meant to signify. And the 2 different colors for navigation buttons makes it seem like they are grouped somehow. As though Home, Parties and SignUp belong to one group (the red group) and Opening Times & Prices and Contact Us belong to another group (the green group.)

Other than that, I think it's pretty solid.
