Ruby Ruby Basics Conditionals "if" Statements

i ran this code. i get a syntax err.

    puts "too fast"

    puts "too slow"

    puts "speed OK"

You need end to close each if statement and to close your method.

i ran it and it did not give me any output.

When you ran it, did you call the method, or just declare the method? The method won't give any output if it's not used.

You might also try switching your greater than and less than signs, such as

if speed > 55
    puts "too fast"
  end
