It's very poorly worded. What they meant to ask is to create a new ul, h1 and p tag for this at the top. Not using the ones they already created.

No, just the opposite, you do not create any new elements except for the containers.

Yes, you seem to have replicated (and slightly altered) the elements that were enclosed in the first task.

Remove the duplicates and you should pass.
