If we use this chart, then whats the point of using bootstrap fancy chart for characters?

I was just wondering how come bootstrap has a character chart as well then we have this chart as well. I was just wondering whats the difference. I though this was the same. Thats all. Thank youl

I believe you're referring to the "glyphicons" in Bootstrap. Those are actually small images.

The items discussed in this video are font characters. There may be some overlap in the available symbols, but many are unique to one set or the other. Also, the way they are used is quite different. The size of character entities will vary with the font size setting, for example, but the size of a glyphicon is unrelated to the font.
