If you "Test Out" part of a track, do you still get points/achievements for it?

Hey, so I just tested out part of a track because I already knew the content it was teaching me at the beginning. I was wondering if I still get the JavaScript points/achievements for it? If not, if I do those parts of the track, can I get those points?

(I really like points).

You can see how points are given on your personal profile page by clicking on "learn more". But the ones associated with a course are:

  • Watch a Video: 1 Point
  • Complete a Quiz: 6 Points
  • Complete Code Challenge: 12 Points
  • Complete a Stage (all quizzes/challenges) and Receive a New Badge: 30 Points
  • Complete a Course (all stages): 60 points

So if you just take the quizzes and challenges you'll get most of the points available in a course. There's just a few you'll miss if you don't watch the videos.
